Frank also serves as a First Vice President and Board of Director member of the Quincy Bay Race Week, this organization is devoted to supporting a prestigious 83 year regatta that features South Shore children from Weymouth, Braintree, Quincy, Hingham, Hull, Marshfield, Scituate, Norwell, Hanover and other boating communities. Frank also served as Commodore and current Board of Director at Braintree Yacht Club.
